The Magnum Industrial MI-31450 20” heavy-duty planer is an industry workhorse, made for busy shops that need a rugged production machine. The newly designed Magnum helical cutterhead delivers all the advantages of a standard helical head with several improvements: It limits lines and grain tear out; it doesn't require special torque setting tools; and its 58 reversible carbide inserts can handle almost any hardwood or softwood application.
