Lincoln Electric Ranger 225 Welder/Generator

Need a reliable machine to help get the job done? The Ranger® 225 has you covered. It can be used as a generator for emergency standby power, and/or for welding It's great for a variety of basic welding jobs and professions such as construction contractors, maintenance crews, farmers or ranchers. The 10,500 watts of peak AC generator power, can be used for motor starting or handling a wide range of other jobs such as lights, grinders, Lincoln Electric inverter, plasma cutter (separate air supply needed) or emergency power.

The Ranger® 225 is powered by a top-of-the-line OHV Kohler command 23 HP gas engine. Three engine doors provide machine protection and easy service access. It's very easy to maintain as the engine only requires an oil change every 100 hours and every 200 hours for the oil filter. The engine is fully protected in a totally enclosed case.

Ranger 225 has versatile DC welding giving you a smooth DC welding output for a broad range of stick electrode types. MIG, Flux-cored and TIG capable (with optional equipment).

Simple Output Range Selector can be used to select one of three amperage ranges with generous overlap for Stick/TIG welding, or one Wire Feed welding range.

Fine adjustment control allows you to dial in just the right welding output for each application.

Kohler® Gasoline Engine has an oil drain extension for easy oil changes. 45L tank for extended run times. Visual fuel level gauge on both sides of unit. Automatic engine shutdown protection for low oil pressure
