Featuring a cast, ground, hard anodized top plate and super smooth ball bearing construction, JessEm's Mast-R-Lift II fits most fixed-base routers out of the box. The Mast-R-Lift II is the latest version of JessEm's innovative Mast-R-Lift. It's loaded with features—including a built-in cam lock and vibration-limiting anti-backlash nut—to improve performance, durability, and ease of use. Its low-profile design allows above-the-table bit changes and its gorgeous hard anodized top plate is engineered for a lifetime of work.
All the machined components on the Mast-R-Lift II are CNC machined at JessEm's Barrie, Ontario, location. Even the crank handle is machined out of solid bar stock. All the aluminum non-wear components are anodized for appearance, corrosion resistance and some wear resistance.
- Double-sealed ball bearing construction delivers smooth, easy operation with even the heaviest routers and ensures a long, productive service life
- Threaded spindle with anti-backlash nut removes vibration from thread clearance and prevents spindle from moving when router is operating
- Built-in cam lock secures lift in position
