Klingspor abrasive belt CS 411 Y: manufactured with self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain.

This material is a self-sharpening grain which proves to be tougher than regular aluminium oxide, which makes it the preferred choice for applications requiring a uniform scratch pattern over a long period of time. The grain selected for the abrasive belt CS 411 Y is bonded with premium, fully synthetic resin, which - along with the close coating - contributes to the superior removal rate and long service life of this product. The zirconia alumina is applied on a tear-resistant polyester backing. Klingspor supplies the abrasive belt CS 411 Y as a wide belt, short belt and long belt version or as a file belt.
