Jessem Clear-Cut Stock Guides

Featuring unique guide rollers mounted on 5 degree angles, JessEm's Clear-Cut Stock Guides effectively steer your stock toward the fence. Your stock is pulled tightly to the fence and the grip force of the urethane rollers holds it securely in position.

Setup is fast and easy. The guides lock in position along the fence with a single twist of the pivot knob. You can control the height setting by tightening the clamping knob. For long-term routing, you can secure the guides with a 1/4" hex key. When not in use the guides pivot out of the way. Each roller is fitted with a one-way needle roller bearing to ensure it spins in correct direction. This help limit kick back. The guides have 2-3/4" of total adjustment and maximum stock thickness is from the surface of your table to 9/16" below the center of the mounting T-Slot.

Clear-Cut Stock Guides are CNC machined from solid aluminum and anodized for appearance and durability. The roller axles are CNC machined from cold rolled steel and case hardened for durability. The adjustment knobs are machined from stainless steel for longevity, and the rollers are CNC machined from wear-resistant acetal resin, which also has a low coefficient of friction. The traction tires are molded out of urethane for long life and superior grip on your stock.
