• Similar experience in a repair shop, either formally or informally
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00-4:30, with one weekday off

We currently have an opening for an individual with a positive and professional attitude and clear communication skills to work as a sales floor representative.

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively and professionally answer department phone calls from customers.
• Help in store customers with their questions.
• Create and track special orders for customers.
• Must be able to navigate through computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Educate customers on promotions, services or events each month.
• Respond professionally and communicate effectively at all times to customers providing exceptional friendly service.
• Manage all complaints as a form of feedback that can help us improve our service.
• Stocking shelves and putting overstock away is a daily requirement.
• Prepare departments for monthly and weekend sales events.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous sales experience (2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of tools and the tool industry is an asset.
• Able to stand for long periods of time as well as lift 50lbs.
• Detail oriented and able to work with little supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Self-confident, personable, energetic personality Must be punctual, dependable and hard working
• Available to work Saturdays is a must, as well as be available to accommodate a flexible work schedule the remainder of the week
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanour
