Moulding also known as molding (USA) is a strip of material with various cross sections used to cover transitions between surfaces or for decoration. It is traditionally made from solid milled wood or plaster but may be made from plastic or reformed wood. Mouldings may have plain and simple shapes or as complex as your imagination.They are desired for they give a rich 3 dimensional design that is used in many Classical architecture and Gothic architecture.
- Carbide Tipped Moulding Bits have ball bearing guides for ease of use. If you route delicate materials which will not be painted or covered otherwise, we suggest using Dimar's Super Guide Delrin fitted ball bearings, for non marring results.
